Due to court judgment of American court (16.5.2019) Cloanto company is not allowed to sue Hyperion company based on deal with Amiga Inc. from 2009. Until now Italian company defeated all cases in courts - they just received confirmation, that Hyperion could use all Amiga trademarks mentioned in the deal with Amiga Inc.
